3 Simple Steps To Your Fitness Success


STEP 1: Take The First Step By Registering On-line


Really, that’s all you have to do to start your journey towards better health and fitness. PulsePlus will take it from there. We will contact you to set up a Pre-Boot Camp meeting. In this one-on-one session, we will discuss your health concerns and help you set realistic fitness goals. We want to know if you’ve tried fitness routines in the past, as well. Did they work? And if not, why not? We promise to listen to you, because we really want this to be a time when you succeed!


During this initial get-together, one of our PulsePlus Certified Fitness Trainers will evaluate your current “Fitness Health” to establish your unique & individual baseline. Here’s what to expect:


 Physical Testing

  • To determine your current strength and endurance

 Body Assessment

  • To record your weight (if you wish), measurements & body fat composition

Once we’ve got that out of the way, you’ll be ready to meet your “Boot Camp Team”… and to begin experiencing what sets PulsePlus Boot Camps apart from all the others!

 

STEP 2: Attend Your PulsePlus Boot Camp


Have you ever noticed how not much happens in life when we choose not to show up? Now that you’ve made a commitment to achieve a new level of fitness, the other members of your Boot Camp and your Certified Fitness Trainer, are going to help you “show-up”. The camaraderie and encouragement you experience in our Boot Camps will help you stay the course.  We all want you to succeed as much as you do. Remember, we are all in this together!

Whether you’ve signed up for Warrior (beginner to intermediate) or Titan (intermediate to advance) or G-Style (advance+)…we will use your initial evaluation to guide you in a safe and challenging way toward your ultimate fitness goals.


STEP 3: Your Graduation From PulsePlus Boot Camp


Congratulations!! You did it. You’ve worked hard and you’ve advanced yourself and helped your teammates accomplish an amazing feat! You’ve challenged your physical body, and you’ve changed the way it looks. With sheer commitment and dedication to your PulsePlus Boot Camps, you’ve accomplished what you started by taking the first step!


You’ve probably also challenged some of those pre-conceived ideas you have about yourself and what you can achieve in other areas of your life. Hopefully, PulsePlus has helped you realize that with the right support you are unstoppable, on or off your exercise mat!!
